Acknowledgement for Rhode Island and Federal
Waterfowl Hunting Laws, Rules, and Regulations

I have been made aware by David Hochman and agree to comply with the following waterfowl hunting rules and regulations on the day of my hunt with Salted Duck.

• Licenses & Stamps: I have all the following as previously discussed with
  David Hochman the day before and the day of my hunt: (1) Valid RI Hunting
  License, (2) HIP Permit, (3) RI state duck stamp and (4) signed Federal Duck Stamp (for age 16+).
• Ammunition: Steel or approved non-toxic shot only; lead shot is illegal as well as shot bigger than BB.
• Shotgun Capacity: Maximum of three shells in the shotgun.
• I have read all the Federal and Rhode Island state rules and regulations-involving waterfowl hunting, including but not limited to duck and goose bag limits and seasons, and agree to abide by them as well as all the above on my guided hunt.
